Rylo has been acquired by VSCO and we have ended all support on January 31, 2021.

For software related issues: We will no longer be able to offer support for software related issues and encourage you to continue using our help center.
For hardware related issues: Rylo will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).
If you have a hardware issue, you were still in warranty at the time you sent your support request from date of purchase and your support request was not sent after January 31, 2021, we thank you for your patience as we work to resolve your issue.
