There are a few reasons why your purchase may not have gone through. Please try the following:
Verify Your Payment Details
Try completing your purchase again and ensure that the following details are entered properly:
- Name listed on your credit card
- Billing Address
- Expiration Date
- CVV / CSC
Purchase On An Alternate Web Browser
Try to complete your purchase on an alternate web browser or through your phone's mobile browser.
Double-check your credit card statement and ensure that there are enough available funds to cover the full purchase price.
Contact Your Credit Card Company
Your credit card may have declined your purchase. This can happen when purchasing a higher priced item or if your credit card doesn't recognize the transaction. Please contact your credit card company and ask them to verify a future purchase through Rylo, and then attempt your purchase again after receiving their confirmation.
Use An Alternate Payment Type
Try using an alternate credit card or payment when completing your purchase.
Prepaid Credit Cards
Prepaid credit cards don't always act like regular credit cards. There are instances where prepaid cards can't be used for online purchases, or be used to make purchases in USD. Please ensure your prepaid credit card is active and eligible to make this purchase.
Additional notes about prepaid credit cards:
- Using multiple prepaid credit cards on a purchase may not work. Try with one single card.
- Some prepaid credit cards add transaction fees to each purchase. Rylo is not responsible for these fees. We recommend that your prepaid credit card has enough balance to cover the full purchase cost as well as any applicable transaction fees.
