If your phone's storage capacity is full, our app will notify you when attempting to save or share via social media. If this happens, try managing the photos and videos already stored on your phone's photos application. You can save them to your computer or upload them to a media hosting service.
Below are a few suggestions for backing up your photos and videos. Once they're saved, you can delete them from your phone, freeing up space for more content from Rylo.
Saving Content From iOS's Camera Roll
- Save photos and videos to your computer using Photos (Mac®) or Windows Photo Gallery (PC)
- Save them to your Mac using AirDrop®
- Upload them to Dropbox
- Upload them to Google Photos
- Upload them to your iCloud® Photo Library
Saving Content From Android's Default Photos App
- Save photos and videos from your phone to your computer.
- Upload them to Dropbox
- Upload them to Google Photos
Important Note: Ensure your photos have been saved before deleting them from your phone.
